Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for mixing and sodiumizing roasting of a vanadium containing material, comprising: mixing a raw material with a clinker, and then carrying out roasting, wherein, the raw material is a mixture of a vanadium-containing material and a sodium salt additive, and the clinker is a roasted vanadium-containing material; in the mixing process of the raw material and the clinker, the weight ratio of the raw material to the clinker is 20:80-90:10. With the roasting method provided in the present invention, the temperature in the roasting process is steady and easy to control, and the material doesn’t agglomerate or adhere to the equipment, and the roasting conversion rate of vanadium is greatly improved; in addition, since the clinker and the raw material are in the same chemical composition, no harmful element or component is introduced, and there is no detrimental effect to the entire system.
