Abstract

Настоящее изобретение касается способа получения 1,3-бутадиена из н-бутенов, включающего следующие этапы: A) получение потока а исходного газа, содержащего бутан, 1-бутен, 2-бутен, изобутен и, при необходимости, 1,3-бутадиен, из установки каталитического крекинга с псевдоожиженным слоем катализатора; B) отделение изобутена из потока а исходного газа, причем получают поток b вещества, содержащий бутан, 1-бутен, 2-бутен и, при необходимости, 1,3-бутадиен; C) подачу потока b вещества, содержащего бутан, 1-бутен и 2-бутен, и, при необходимости, кислородсодержащего газа, а также, при необходимости, водяного пара по меньшей мере в одну зону дегидрирования и дегидрирование 1-бутена и 2-бутена с получением 1,3-бутадиена, причем получают поток с газового продукта, содержащий 1,3-бутадиен, бутан, 2-бутен, водяной пар, при необходимости, кислород, низкокипящие углеводороды, высококипящие побочные компоненты, при необходимости, оксиды углерода и, при необходимости, инертные газы; D) охлаждение и сжатие газового потока с продукта, причем получают по меньшей мере один водный поток d1 конденсата и один газовый поток d2, содержащий 1,3-бутадиен, бутан, 2-бутен, водяной пар, при необходимости, кислород, низкокипящие углеводороды, при необходимости, оксиды углерода и, при необходимости, инертные газы; Ea) отделение неконденсируемых и низкокипящих газовых компонентов, содержащих низкокипящие углеводороды, при необходимости, кислород, при необходимости, оксиды углерода и, при необходимости, инертные газы, в качестве газового потока е2 из газового потока d2 посредством абсорбции С-углеводородов, содержащих 1,3-бутадиен, бутан и 2-бутен, в абсорбенте, причем получают поток абсорбента, насыщенный C-углеводородами, и газовый поток e2, и Eb) последующую десорбцию C-углеводородов из насыщенного потока абсорбента, причем получают поток e1 C-углеводородов; F) разделение потока e1 С-углеводородов путем экстрактивной дистилляции селективным по 1,3-бутадиену растворителем на поток f1 вещества, содержащий 1,3-бутадиен и селективный растворитель, и поток f2 вещества, содержащий бутан и 2-бутен, отличающегося тем, что на этапе С) преобразуют по меньшей мере 90% 1-бутена, содержащегося в потоке b, и на этапе F получают поток f2 вещества, содержащий бутан и 2-бутен.
