Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к новым соединениям, которые являются ингибиторами реаранжированной во время трансфекции (RET) киназы, к фармацевтическим композициям, содержащим такие соединения, к способам их получения и к их применению в терапии, отдельно или в комбинации, для нормализации желудочно-кишечной чувствительности, моторики и/или секреции и/или абдоминальных расстройств или заболеваний и/или лечения, связанного с заболеваниями, связанными с дисфункцией RET, или где модуляция RET активности может иметь терапевтическую пользу, включая, но не ограничиваясь этим, все классификации синдрома раздраженной толстой кишки (IBS), включая диарея-преобладающий, запор-преобладающий или с альтернирующим режимом дефекации, функциональное вздутие живота, функциональный запор, функциональную диарею, неуточненное функциональное расстройство пищеварительного тракта, синдром функциональной абдоминальной боли, хронический идиопатический запор, функциональные эзофагеальные расстройства, функциональные расстройства желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки, функциональные аноректальные боли, воспалительное заболевание кишечника, пролиферативные заболевания, такие как немелкоклеточный рак легкого, гепатоцеллюлярная карцинома, колоректальный рак, медуллярный рак щитовидной железы, фолликулярный рак щитовидной железы, анапластический рак щитовидной железы, папиллярный рак щитовидной железы, опухоли головного мозга, рак перитонеальной полости, солидные опухоли, другой тип рака легкого, рак головы и шеи, глиомы, нефробластомы, синдром фон Гиппеля-Линдау и опухоли почек, рак молочной железы, рак фаллопиевых труб, рак яичника, переходноклеточный рак, рак предстательной железы, рак пищевода и гастроэзофагеального соединения, рак желчных протоков, аденокарцинома и любое злокачественное заболевание с повышенной RET киназной активностью.
