Abstract

В заявке описан способ иммуноанализа для обнаружения хромогранина А или его фрагмента(ов), заключающийся в том, что осуществляют стадии, на которых приводят в контакт образец, который предположительно содержит хромогранин А, с первым антителом или его антигенсвязывающим фрагментом или производным, обладающим специфичностью в отношении хромогранина А, и вторым антителом или его антигенсвязывающим фрагментом или производным, обладающим специфичностью в отношении хромогранина А, в условиях, в которых может происходить образование тройного комплекса между хромогранином А и двумя антителами или их антигенсвязывающими фрагментами или производными, и проводят обнаружение связывания двух антител или их антигенсвязывающих фрагментов или производных с хромогранином А. Описаны также антитела к аминокислотным остаткам 124-144 и 280-301 хромогранина А и их применение в способе иммуноанализа.
