Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу получения иммобилизованных ферментных препаратов, в частности к получению и использованию нового активного конъюгата фермента с полимерным носителем. Конъюгат обладает свойствами препарата Лонгидаза и подавляет гиперплазию соединительной ткани, а также обладает противовоспалительным действием и может быть использован для производства стабильных, активных и безопасных в применении лекарственных препаратов пролонгированного действия в форме суппозитория, мази, инъекции или косметического крема, а также для получения ветеринарных лекарственных средств. Способ заключается в конъюгации гиалуронидазы с водорастворимым сополимером карбодимидным или азидным методом. Для конъюгации используют сополимер N-оксида 1,4-этиленпиперазина, (N-карбоксиметилметил)-1,4-этиленпиперазиния или его гидразида, и 1,4-этиленпиперазина общей формулыR=OH, NHNH, где n - от 40 до 90% от общего количества звеньев, m - от 3 до 40% от общего количества звеньев, n+m+1=100%.
