Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к системам и способам для биоинформатики и обработки данных. В частности, в первом аспекте настоящее изобретение относится к способам и системам для генерации персонализированного руководства по лечению пациента и для выбора лечения пациента. В другом аспекте настоящее изобретение относится к способам и системам для выбора пациентов для клинического исследования лечения. Изобретение учитывает случаи, в которых пациенты имеют больше чем одну "действующую" аберрацию посредством объединения специфичной для пациента молекулярной информации и специфичной для лечения молекулярной информации дополнительно с клинико-молекулярной моделью заболевания, в частности присвоения оценок генам и/или белкам, которые представляют некоторые аспекты их вовлечения в заболевание. Таким образом, можно приоритизировать лечения и пациентов, которые наиболее вероятно влияют или находятся под влиянием механизма заболевания, соответственно.
