Abstract

as diversas configurações desta invenção revelam um método e sistema para prever uma condição fisiológica de um paciente durante a recuperação pós-operatória na unidade de terapia intensiva (uti). a condição fisiológica é o débito cardíaco contínuo (cco) de um paciente, com antecedência, com base em dados fisiológicos passados. o método compreende desenvolver um banco de dados clínico contendo dados clínicos coletados de vários pacientes históricos com perfis similares, os dados clínicos que compreendem dados fisiológicos, sinais vitais, detalhes demográficos, sintomas pré-tratamento e tratamentos de pacientes históricos, identificando padrões de recuperação para os perfis similares, que demonstrem uma resposta similar a um regime de tratamento selecionado, utilizando os padrões de recuperação para entender a resposta comportamental de um parâmetro fisiológico de um paciente e criar um modelo de previsão para permitir a classificação automatizada de perfis de pacientes similares a partir de padrões de recuperação existentes de sintomas conhecidos e respostas conhecidas a pelo menos um regime de tratamento.
