Abstract
Изобретение относится к способам и промежуточным соединениям, применимым для производства циклических ундекапептидов, таких как неиммуносупрессорное производное циклоспорина - алиспоривир. Циклоспорин ацилируют по боковой цепи бутенил-метил-треонина и затем подвергают реакции раскрытия кольца (раскрытие кольца происходит между остатками саркозина и N-метиллейцина).
