Abstract
Представлены конъюгаты нелинейного мультиблочного сополимера с лекарственным средством для лечения и профилактики заболеваний и нарушений работы глаза. Конъюгаты полимера с лекарственным средством могут образовывать наночастицы, микрочастицы и импланты, которые способны эффективно доставлять терапевтические уровни одного или более активных агентов в течение пролонгированного периода времени. Введение в глаз активного агента в форме конъюгата нелинейного мультиблочного сополимера с лекарственным средством уменьшает побочные эффекты по сравнению с введением одного активного агента. Также представлены способы лечения интраокулярных неоваскулярных заболеваний, таких как влажная возрастная макулярная дегенерация, а также заболеваний и нарушений работы глаза, ассоциированных с воспалением, таких как увеит.
