Abstract

Описан насосный узел (101), содержащий первое и второе приводные устройства (103) для насосов, первое из которых функционально присоединено к первой паре насосов (105), а второе функционально присоединено ко второй паре насосов (105). Каждое приводное устройство (103), первое и второе, содержит корпус (19), в котором расположен стержень (23), на обоих концах которого расположено по поршню и который выполнен с возможностью совершения возвратно-поступательного перемещения. Каждый поршень функционально соединен с соответствующей рабочей камерой (27"), первой или второй, с обеспечением переменного давления в указанных рабочих камерах вследствие возвратно-поступательного перемещения стержня. Каждое приводное устройство (103), первое и второе, содержит роторный электродвигатель (31) с постоянными магнитами, через ротор которого проходит указанный стержень (103). Между стержнем и ротором электродвигателя функционально присоединено средство (33а) преобразования вращательного перемещения в прямолинейное перемещение с обеспечением преобразования вращательного перемещения ротора в прямолинейное перемещение стержня. Между стержнем и корпусом (19) функционально присоединена линейная направляющая (35) с обеспечением предотвращения вращения стержня относительно корпуса. Каждый из четырех насосов (105) первой и второй пар насосов содержит камеру, функционально соединенную мембраной (111) с одной из двух рабочих камер (27") приводного устройства (103), к которому присоединен указанный насос, обратный впускной клапан (15'), выполненный с возможностью открытия для впуска текучей среды в камеру насоса при отрицательном давлении в этой камере, и обратный выпускной клапан (17'), выполненный с
