Figure 2 shows equivalent a few segment closed helix in the cylindrical surface is the basic profile wire of the invention. For example the basic profile wire of the rotor and stator. As can be seen from figure 4, figure 5 and figure 6: the main shaft [3] is the central axis of the end housing [8], stator [2], rotor [1] and cylindrical housing [7]. The stator fixed on the end housing. The pin track [10] open on the rotor. One end of axle pin [9] is embedded on the pin track and can make axial slide; other end fixed on the main shaft. Figure 7, figure 8 and figure 9 shows: there are four working chambers each side in this example; and shows the intake port [4], exhaust port [5], oil groove [6], axle pin [9], pin track [10] and sealed ring groove [11] the relative place. It can be seen from the figures, the intake port and exhaust ports are arranged in alternating; and intake port, exhaust port are open on the stator and the cylindrical housing (as figure 4). Oil groove open on the main shaft, the width of the oil groove just like the distance of the adjacent the intake port and the exhaust port (show as figure 7). In addition, the axle pin fixed on the main shaft, the pin track open in the rotor (shows in figure 7). Sealed ring groove are open on the rotor (shows in figure 7 and figure 4). In the figure 9 as an example, assume that the rotor is rotated from left to right. If the motor start working, the rotor begins to rotate, the stators guide the rotor along the helix to reciprocate at the same time. On the bottom side, the oil groove connected to the intake port, the pressure oil through the intake port and oil groove into the working chamber. The pressure exerted on the rotor, on the top side, the oil groove connected to the exhaust port, oil from the working chamber through the oil groove, drain exhaust port. The rotor along the direction of helix of the stator, from lower left to upper right moving (figure 9-1,2,3) . When the bottom side of the oil groove across the intake port, connected to the exhaust port, the top side of the oil groove across the exhaust port, connected to the intake port, the rotor from upper left to lower right moving (figure 9-4). Then repeat the motion as above. From the description of above can know, the invention has the advantage of compact and simple structure, and fewer components, so it will has in appropriate somewhere for use. 1

Claims (3)

1. A cylindrical helix motor and pump, it mainly consists of rotor and stator, its characteristic is that a few equivalent segment closed helix in the cylindrical surface is the basic profile wire of the invention.
2. According to the description of the motor and pump of claim 1, the characteristic of the basic profile wire of the rotor and stator is cylindrical helix.
3. According to the description of the motor and pump of claim 2, the characteristic is that the rotor is located between stator and with stator constitutes a few working chambers on the both side.
