Claims (4)
- ダイヤフラムポンプに用いられる駆動装置であって、
棒部材の往復運動の結果として、第1ダイヤフラムポンプのダイヤフラムとの間に設けられる第1機能チャンバー及び第2ダイヤフラムポンプのダイヤフラムとの間に設けられる第2機能チャンバーに可変圧力を供給するように構成され、
前記棒部材の端部が、前記第1機能チャンバー及び前記第2機能チャンバーの可動圧力チャンバー面であるピストン又はプランジャに接続され、
前記棒部材が、ハウジング内で往復運動可能に支持されており、
前記棒部材に往復運動をもたらすよう構成される電気モータを備え、
前記電気モータが、電気永久磁石回転モータであり、
前記棒部材が、前記電気モータのロータを貫通して延在し、
前記ロータの回転運動が前記棒部材の直線運動に変換されるように、前記棒部材と前記電気モータのロータの間に接続される回転運動/直線運動変換手段と、
前記ハウジングに対する前記棒部材の回転が制限されるように、前記棒部材と前記ハウジングの間に接続される直線ガイド部と、
前記第1機能チャンバーと前記第2機能チャンバーの間に配置され、前記第1機能チャンバーと前記第2機能チャンバーの内部の流体の量を調節する閉鎖可能な流体接続部とを備える駆動装置。 - 前記ハウジングと前記可動圧力チャンバー面により画定される流体チャンバーと、前記第1機能チャンバーと、前記第2起動チャンバーとが、同じ液体で満たされている請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- ポンプ、圧縮機またはこれらに類似する機器に用いられる駆動装置であって、
棒部材の往復運動の結果として、ポンプまたは圧縮機のチャンバーなど、少なくとも2つのチャンバー内に可変圧力を供給するように構成され、
前記棒部材の端部が、ピストンである可動圧力チャンバー面に接続され、
前記棒部材が、ハウジング内で往復運動可能に支持されており、
前記棒部材に往復運動をもたらすよう構成される電気モータを備え、
前記電気モータが、電気回転モータであり、
前記棒部材が、前記電気モータのロータを貫通して延在し、
前記ロータの回転運動が前記棒部材の直線運動に変換されるように、前記棒部材と前記電気モータのロータの間に接続される回転運動/直線運動変換手段とを備え、
前記電気モータのロータと前記回転運動/直線運動変換手段とは、前記ハウジングと前記ピストンにより画定される流体チャンバー内に配置されており、
前記流体チャンバーが液体により満たされており、前記棒部材が往復運動する際に前記液体が前記電気モータのロータを通過する駆動装置。 - 前記流体チャンバー内の液体は、前記ピストンの対向する面にかかる圧力よりも高い圧力に加圧されている請求項3に記載の駆動装置。
