Description
Claims (21)
- 容積式機械を含む作動流体用の流体作動システムであって、前記容積式機械は、
少なくとも1つの作動室、及び作動流体が前記作動室に流入し且つ前記作動室から流出することを可能にする少なくとも2つの流体口手段と、
前記作動室内の又は前記作動室によって画定される変位手段であって、1つの流体口手段から別の流体口手段へ作動流体を変位させるか、又は作動流体によって作動される変位手段と
を含み、
前記流体作動システムは、前記流体作動システム内で前記作動流体の圧力変動を平滑化するコンプライアンス体積をそれに関連付けている、流体作動システム。 - 前記流体口手段は、選択される速度で個々に開放及び閉鎖されるように動作可能な弁を含む、請求項1に記載の容積式機械を含む作動流体用の流体作動システム。
- 前記コンプライアンス体積は、前記作動室内に収容されている、請求項1に記載の容積式機械を含む作動流体用の流体作動システム。
- 前記コンプライアンス体積は、前記変位手段内に収容されている、請求項3に記載の容積式機械を含む作動流体用の流体作動システム。
- 前記コンプライアンス体積は、シンタクチックフォーム、マイクロバルーン材料、ミクロ又はマクロスフェア材料、セラミックマトリックス材料、中空媒体から選択される材料の体積を含む、請求項1に記載の容積式機械を含む作動流体用の流体作動システム。
- 前記材料の体積は、前記作動室の内部からの1つ又は複数の突起によって適所に保持されている、請求項1に記載の容積式機械を含む作動流体用の流体作動システム。
- 作動流体を変位させる容積式ポンプであって、作動室を画定する作動端部をそれぞれ含む少なくとも1つのシリンダ、及び作動流体が前記作動室に流入し且つ前記作動室から流出することを可能にする少なくとも2つの流体口手段と、
前記作動室内で移動するピストンであって、1つ流体口手段から別の流体口手段へ流れる作動流体を変位させるピストンと
を含み、
前記ポンプによって変位される前記作動流体の圧力変動を平滑化するコンプライアンス体積をそれに関連付けている、容積式ポンプ。 - 前記コンプライアンス体積は、前記シリンダ内に収容されている、請求項7に記載の作動流体用の容積式ポンプ。
- 前記コンプライアンス体積は、前記作動室内に収容されている、請求項7に記載の作動流体用の容積式ポンプ。
- 前記コンプライアンス体積は、シンタクチックフォーム、マイクロバルーン材料、ミクロ又はマクロスフェア材料、セラミックマトリックス材料、中空媒体から選択される材料の体積を含む、請求項7に記載の作動流体用の容積式ポンプ。
- 前記材料の体積は、前記シリンダの内部からの1つ又は複数の突起によって適所に保持されている、請求項7に記載の作動流体用の容積式ポンプ。
- 作動流体を変位させるデジタル容積式ポンプであって、作動室を画定する作動端部をそれぞれ含む少なくとも1つのシリンダ、及び作動流体が前記作動室に流入し且つ前記作動室から流出することを可能にする少なくとも2つの流体口手段と、
前記作動室内で変位手段によって変位されるピストンであって、1つの流体口手段から別の流体口手段へ流れる作動流体を変位させるピストンと
を含み、
前記流体口手段は、前記各ピストンの前記変位とは無関係に、選択的な速度で個々に開放及び閉鎖されるように動作可能であり、
前記容積式ポンプは、前記容積式ポンプによって変位される前記作動流体の圧力変動を平滑化するコンプライアンス体積をそれに関連付けている、デジタル容積式ポンプ。 - 作動流体によって動力を供給されるデジタル容積式モータであって、作動室を画定する作動端部をそれぞれ含む少なくとも1つのシリンダ、及び作動流体が前記作動室に流入し且つ前記作動室から流出することを可能にする少なくとも2つの流体口手段と、
1つの流体口手段から別の流体口手段へ流れる作動流体によって変位されるピストンであって、変位手段に仕事を与えるピストンと
を含み、
前記流体口手段は、選択的な速度で個々に開放及び閉鎖されるように動作可能であり、
前記容積式モータは、前記容積式モータに流れる前記作動流体の圧力変動を平滑化するコンプライアンス体積をそれに関連付けている、デジタル容積式モータ。 - ピストン組立体内に保持されるコンプライアンス体積を提供し、それにより圧力リップルを低減するための容積式機械におけるシンタクチックフォームの使用。
- 保持リングによって容積式機械内にシンタクチックフォームの体積を保持する方法。

前記作動室は、前記ポンプによって変位される前記作動流体の圧力変動を平滑化するシンタクチックフォームのコンプライアンス体積を含む、容積式ポンプ。 - 前記流体口手段は、前記変位手段の変位とは無関係に、選択的な速度で個々に開放及び閉鎖されるように動作可能である、請求項17に記載の作動流体を変位させる容積式ポンプ。
- 前記シンタクチックフォームの体積は、前記作動室の内部からの1つ又は複数の突起によって適所に保持されている、請求項17に記載の作動流体を変位させる容積式ポンプ。
- 容積式機械を含む作動流体用の流体作動システムであって、前記容積式機械は、
少なくとも1つの作動室、及び作動流体が前記作動室に流入し且つ前記作動室から流出することを可能にする少なくとも2つの流体口手段と、
前記作動室内の又は前記作動室によって画定される変位手段であって、1つの流体口手段から別の流体口手段へ作動流体を変位させるか、又は作動流体によって変位される変位手段と
を含み、
前記流体作動システムは、前記流体作動システム内で前記作動流体の圧力変動を平滑化する、前記流体口のうちの1つ又は複数と流体連通しているシンタクチックフォームのコンプライアンス体積を含む、流体作動システム。 - 少なくとも1つの作動室を含む流体作動システムであって、前記作動室は、作動室係合手段と、前記作動室の軸に沿って延在するコンプライアンス体積係合突起とを含む作動室コンプライアンス体積保持手段を含む、流体作動システム。
