Claims (7)
- 흡입구와 토출구를 형성한 케이싱과, 케이싱 내부에 설치되며 구동축에 의해 회전하는 한쌍의 로우터로 이루어진 회전 용적형 펌프에 있어서,
상기 케이싱의 흡입구와 연결 형성된 흡입댐퍼홀과;
상기 흡입댐퍼홀과 연결되며 유체가 충입 및 배출이 반복 되는 흡입용적가변공간부와;
상기 토출구와 연결 형성된 토출댐퍼홀과;
상기 토출댐퍼홀과 연결되며 유체가 충입 및 배출이 반복되는 토출용적가변공간부와;
상기 케이싱에 구비된 흡입용적가변공간부와 토출용적가변공간부를 밀폐시키는 흡입측밀폐마개부재 및 토출측밀폐마개부재와;
탄성재로 이루어지며 중앙부가 오목 또는 볼록 형상으로 이루어진 리버스부를 형성하고 테두리는 판형으로 이루어져 상기 케이싱에 구비된 흡입용적가변공간부와 토출용적가변공간부에 설치되는 댐퍼수단을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 맥동을 저감시키는 기능이 구비된 회전 용적형 펌프.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡입측밀폐마개부재 및 토출측밀폐마개부재에는 케이싱에 볼트에 의해 고정되는 고정공을 형성한 몸체와 일체로 돌출 형성되어 흡입용적가변공간부와 토출용적가변공간부에 삽입되는 가이드부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 맥동을 저감시키는 기능이 구비된 회전 용적형 펌프.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡입용적가변공간부와 토출용적가변공간부에 설치된 댐퍼수단이 흡입/토출되는 유체의 압력에 의하여 전체가 이동된 후 리버스부의 형태가 뒤집어져 오목에서 볼록, 볼록에서 오목 형태로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 맥동을 저감시키는 기능이 구비된 회전 용적형 펌프.
