Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verstellpumpeneinheit zur Förderung einer Arbeitsflüssigkeit umfassend ein Gehäuse 1 mit einem in dem Gehäuse 1 ortsfest angebrachten Stator 9 und mit einem koaxial dazu in dem Stator 9 um eine Längsachse 6 drehbar angeordneten Rotor 10 eines Elektromotors sowie einen in dem Rotor 10 aufgenommenen und mit diesem um die Längsachse 6 rotierenden Zylinderblock 11, wobei in dem Zylinderblock 11 parallel zur Längsachse 6 und um diese umfangverteilt Zylinderräume 1 angeordnet sind, in denen Arbeitskolben 13 parallel zur Längsachse 6 bewegbar sind. Sie umfasst ferner eine Stellscheibe 14, deren Neigung A im Verhältnis zur Längsachse 6 veränderbar ist und an der sich die Arbeitskolben 12 abstützen, einen ersten Stellkolben 22, welcher ständig von dem anstehenden Arbeitsdruck beaufschlagt ist, einen zweiten Stellkolben 26, der die Stellscheibe 14 diametral zum ersten Stellkolben 22 beaufschlagt, dessen Kolbenfläche F2 größer bemessen ist als die des ersten Stellkolbens 22, eine Neigungsmesseinrichtung 27, mit der die jeweilige Neigung A der Stellscheibe 14 feststellbar und als elektrische Messgröße ausgebbar ist, eine Druckmesseinrichtung 20, mit der der jeweilige Arbeitsdruck feststellbar und als elektrische Messgröße ausgebbar ist, eine erste Steuereinrichtung 28, die ein Stellventil 29 aufweist, über das der zweite Stellkolben 25 mit der unter dem Arbeitsdruck stehenden Arbeitsflüssigkeit beaufschlagbar oder von der Versorgung mit Arbeitsflüssigkeit trennbar ist, und welches über eine Stelleinheit 32 verstellbar ist, eine zweite Steuereinrichtung 33, welcher der einzuhaltende Arbeitsdruck als elektrische Führungsgröße vorgebbar ist, welcher ein maximales Fördervolumen frei wählbar vorgebbar ist, welche unterhalb des einzuhaltenden Arbeitsdrucks über die Stelleinheit 32 und den zweiten Stellkolben 26 die Stellscheibe 14 zur Einnahme einer Neigung zur Längsachse 6 veranlasst, die dem jeweils vorgegebenen maximalen Fördervolumen entspricht, und die bei Überschreitung des jeweils vorgegebenen Arbeitsdrucks über die Stelleinheit 32 und den zweiten Stellkolben 26 die Stellscheibe 14 zur Einnahme einer Neigung zur Längsachse 6 verstellt, die einer Verringerung des Fördervolumens entspricht.
