Abstract
Предложен способ повышения связанных с урожайностью свойств растений путем модулирования экспрессии в растениях нуклеиновой кислоты, кодирующей DUF642 (белок, содержащий домен неизвестной функции) полипептид, или подобный родственному эпимеразе полипептид, или фосфолипазы/карбоксилэстеразы (PLPCазы) полипептид, и также относится к растениям, имеющим модулированную экспрессию нуклеиновой кислоты, кодирующей DUF642 полипептид, или подобный родственному эпимеразе полипептид, или PLPCазы полипептид, эти растения имеют повышенные связанные с урожайностью свойства по сравнению с контрольными растениями. Изобретение также обеспечивает нуклеиновые кислоты, кодирующие DUF642 полипептид, или подобный родственному эпимеразе полипептид или PLPCазы полипептид, и конструкции, включающие их, которые полезны при осуществлении способов повышения связанных с урожайностью свойств растений.
