Abstract

При производстве химически активного металла с использованием плавильной печи, предназначенной для производства металла и имеющей ванну, возможно эффективное производство слитков при эффективном охлаждении слитков, извлеченных из изложницы, предусмотренной в плавильной печи. Кроме того, предусмотрена конструкция устройства, при которой возможно производство с высокой производительностью и высоким качеством нескольких слитков с одного пода. Предлагается плавильная печь для производства металла, причем печь содержит ванну, содержащую расплавленный металл, полученный плавлением сырья, изложницу, в которую разливают расплавленный металла, извлекающее устройство, которое помещается под изложницей для извлечения книзу охлаждаемого и затвердевающего слитка, охлаждающий элемент для охлаждения слитка, извлекаемого книзу из изложницы, и наружный кожух, вмещающий ванну, изложницу, извлекающее устройство и охлаждающий элемент, отделяя их от воздуха, причем по меньшей мере одна изложница и извлекающее устройство помещаются в наружном кожухе, а охлаждающее устройство помещается между наружным кожухом и слитком или между несколькими слитками.
