Abstract
Целью является получения соединения, которое обладает ингибирующим кишечный транспортер фосфата (NPT-IIb) действием и которое можно использовать в качестве активного ингредиента средства для лечения и/или профилактики гиперфосфатемии. Соединение тетрагидробензотиофена следующей формулы (I) обладает ингибирующим NPT-IIb действием и может быть использовано в качестве агента для лечения и/или профилактики гиперфосфатемии:где Rпредставляет собой -О-низший алкил, -низший алкиленфенил или тому подобное; Rи Rявляются одинаковыми или отличаются друг от друга и представляют собой Н, низший алкил, циклоалкил, арил, гетероарил или тому подобное или Rи Rмогут быть объединены с атомом азота, с которым они связаны, с образованием 5-7-членной насыщенной циклической аминогруппы; Rявляются одинаковыми или отличаются друг от друга и представляют собой галоген, низший алкил и n принимает значения от 0 до 2.
