Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения состава, содержащего аморфный гидрат окиси железа, и двум способам восстановления состава с аморфным гидратом окиси железа после использования в качестве десульфуратора, при этом в настоящем изобретении также раскрывается восстанавливаемый десульфуратор с высокой степенью поглощения серы, и десульфуратор, содержащий аморфный гидрат окиси железа в количестве не менее 88 мас.% и органическое связующее в количестве не менее 7 мас.%, где в качестве органического связующего можно использовать карбоксиметилцеллюлозу натрия, порошок сесбании, целлюлозный порошок или их смесь. И, наконец, настоящее изобретение раскрывает способ получения десульфуратора и способ восстановления отработанного вещества, оставшегося от десульфуратора, а также состава, содержащего десульфуратор, использованного в качестве десульфуратора. Этот способ позволяет восстановить и повторно использовать десульфуратор или состав, содержащий десульфуратор, что позволяет избежать отходы в виде активных ингредиентов, которые можно восстановить и использовать повторно, за счет чего достигается исключение потерь десульфуратора в виде отходов и предотвращается загрязнение окружающей среды.
