Abstract
Данное изобретение относится к способу получения металлоалюмофосфатного (МеАРО) молекулярного сита, содержащему следующие этапы, на которых а) обеспечивают однородный раствор, содержащий источники, по меньшей мере 2 из следующего: алюминий (Al), фосфор (Р), металл (Me); b) добавляют первое МеАРО молекулярное сито к раствору и изменяют рН до и/или после добавления первого МеАРО молекулярного сита для получения аморфного предшественника; с) отделяют аморфный предшественник от воды; d) факультативно отмывают и сушат при температуре ниже 450°С аморфный предшественник; е) приводят в контакт аморфный предшественник с органическим водным раствором, содержащим шаблон, и с источником Al, Р или Me, который еще не присутствовал на этапе (а), факультативно дополнительные источники Al, и/или Р, и/или Me и факультативно в присутствии алифатических спиртов; f) производят кристаллизацию аморфного предшественника при аутогенных условиях так, чтобы повысить концентрацию кристаллического молекулярного сита относительно исходного предшественника, и так, чтобы получить второе МеАРО молекулярное сито.
