Abstract

Способ получения металлоалюмофосфатного (МеАРО) молекулярного сита, включающий следующие этапы, на которых а) обеспечивают водный раствор, содержащий источники, по меньшей мере 2 из следующего: металлы (Me), Al и Р; b) соосаждают аморфный предшественник молекулярного сита из раствора изменением рН раствора с последующим отделением аморфного предшественника от воды, факультативно включая составление; с) факультативно отмывают и высушивают при температуре ниже 450°С аморфный предшественник; d) приводят в контакт аморфный предшественник с водным раствором, содержащим шаблон, и с источником Al, Р или Me, который еще не присутствовал на этапе (а), и факультативно дополнительные источники Al, и/или Р, и/или Me; и е) частично кристаллизуют молекулярное сито при аутогенных условиях так, что 5-90 вес.% аморфного предшественника кристаллизуется.
