Abstract
Данное изобретение относится к процессу получения (4-гидрокси-6-оксотетрагидропиран-2-ил)ацетонитрила из 6-X-замещенного-метил-4-гидрокситетрагидропиран-2-она, где X обозначает уходящую группу, в результате взаимодействия 6-X-замещенного-метил-4-гидрокситетрагидропиран-2-она с цианид-ионом в воде с последующим понижением pH до значений 0-5. (4-Гидрокси-6-оксотетрагидропиран-2-ил)ацетонитрил и другие соединения, получаемые из (4-гидрокси-6-оксотетрагидропиран-2-ил)ацетонитрила могут соответственно быть использованы при получении фармацевтического препарата, более конкретно при получении статина, более конкретно при получении аторвастатина или его соли, например кальциевой соли. Данное изобретение также относится к (4-гидрокси-6-оксотетрагидропиран-2-ил)ацетонитрилу и другим соединениям, получаемым из него.
