Abstract
1.1. Изобретение относится к способу и устройству для изготовления таблеток из смесей нескольких веществ и способу получения серного удобрения. 2.1. Изобретение относится к способу изготовления таблеток из смесей нескольких веществ, в частности из смесей на основе мочевины, включающему в себя следующие стадии: получение жидкого расплава первого вещества; добавление по меньшей мере одного другого вещества в твердой или жидкой форме к расплаву с получением смеси; выпускание капель смеси на стальную ленту с помощью устройства для формирования капель, содержащего вращающийся перфорированный наружный барабан; отверждение капель смеси на стальной ленте с получением таблеток, причем по меньшей мере одно дополнительное вещество добавляют к жидкому расплаву в жидкой форме непосредственно перед поступлением расплава в устройство для формирования капель или добавляют к жидкому расплаву в твердой форме выше по течению относительно двухступенчатого подогреваемого блока для измельчения и смешивания. 2.2. Применение, например, для получения удобрений.
