Abstract
Способ получения гранулированного полимербитумного вяжущего и серного бетона с применением серного полимера, полученного посредством модификации отходов серы, происходящей в растворителе, при температуре 135-150°С состоит в составлении этого серного полимера с другими ингредиентами. В производстве гранулированного полимербитумного вяжущего содержание серного полимера составляет до 40-60% по весу, которое, после нагревания до температуры 135-150°С, смешивают (смеситель 2) с 20-40% по весу отходов фосфогипса, и после их смешения 15-20% по весу D-50 дорожного битума дозируют, который растворяются в этой смеси, реагируя частично с серным полимером. Затем эту смесь охлаждают до пластичной формы и формируют в экструдере гранулы полимербитумного вяжущего, которые опускают в 5% раствор эмульсии силикона, где их охлаждают и покрывают слоем эмульсии силикона. При производстве серного бетона при температуре 135-150°С серный полимер в количестве 25-35% по весу смешивают с отходами фосфогипса в количестве 10-20% по весу (смеситель 2); затем материал перетекает вниз, где его смешивают (смеситель 1) с горячим минеральным материалом и отвальным шлаком от плавления меди. Формируют жидкий серный бетон, который охлаждают и дробят на 0-1 см зерна или заливают в формы. Полученное полимербитумное вяжущее применяют для получения связующего слоя на поверхностях дорог и для ремонтов дорог. Произведенный серный бетон используют для основ поверхностей дорог.
