Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу и устройству для гидродесульфуризации олефин- и водородсодержащего подаваемого газа. Подаваемый газ можно смешать с дополнительным водородом и разделить по меньшей мере на два сырьевых потока. Первый поток подаваемого газа отдельно вводят в реактор и пропускают через первый слой катализатора, который содержит гранулы катализатора, расположенные на подходящей основе или сетке. Сырьевой поток нагревается в реакции гидрогенизации. Снизу по потоку от первого слоя катализатора подают дополнительный подаваемый газ, который служит для охлаждения подаваемого газа, позволяя затем пропускать газ через второй слой катализатора. Снизу по потоку от второго слоя катализатора могут находиться дополнительные слои катализатора и дополнительные устройства подачи подаваемого газа. Слои катализатора могут быть установлены в реакторе в любом количестве, любого типа и любой формы. Данные технологические условия гарантируют, что получают газовый продукт, который, по существу, не содержит никаких соединений серы кроме сероводорода.
