Abstract

Согласно настоящему изобретению предложены соединения, представляющие собой селективные антагонисты рецепторов 5-НТ, имеющие формулу I, и применение указанных соединений при лечении мигренигде А представляет собой -С(Н)= или -N=, m равно 0, 1 или 2; Rпредставляет собой необязательно содержащий заместители фенил; необязательно содержащий заместители пиразол-4-ил; необязательно содержащий заместители имидазолил, необязательно содержащий заместители пиридил или ткенил; Rпредставляет собой водород или метил; а Rи Rимеют значения, определенные в настоящем описании.
