Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к новому селективному способу синтеза производных 9α-гидроксистероида общей формулы (I)где -А-А- представляет собой -СН-СН- или -СН=СН-группу, посредством биоконверсии соединений общей формулы (II)где -А-А- представляет собой -СН-СН- или -СН=СН- группу, посредством использования в качестве гидроксилирующего микроорганизма при биоконверсии штамма бактерии Nocardiafarcinica, депозитарный номер которого представляет собой NCAIM (Р) - В 001342.
