Abstract

Способ получения (3S)-1-[2-(2,3-дигидро-5-бензофуранил)этил)-α,α-дифенил-3-пирролидина ацетамида гидробромида, где 3-(S)-(1-карбамоил-1,1-дифенилметил)пирролидин или его соль с органической кислотой алкилируют в присутствии неорганического основания 5-(2-бромэтил)-2,3-дигидробензофураном в гетерогенной системе растворителей воды и органического растворителя, выбранного из С-Салифатических, алициклических или ароматических углеводородов, после разделения двух фаз выделяют сырое основание дарифенацина, которое превращают в гидробромид путем добавления С-Скетона или С-Сспирта и концентрированной бромисто-водородной кислоты.
