Abstract
Раскрыт способ извлечения летучих ароматических соединений из чайного материала. Способ включает этапы: генерирования насыщенных ароматами паров при абсолютном давлении от 0,5 до 1,4 бар из чайного материала, контактирующего с водой или водяными парами, а затем конденсации насыщенных ароматами паров для извлечения ароматического конденсата. Способ контролируют так, что масса генерируемого ароматического конденсата на единицу сухой массы чайного материала составляет больше 2, а насыщенные ароматические пары содержат не более чем 1 мас.% унесенной жидкости.
