resumo patente de invenção: "sistema para produção de carvão ativado". a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema para produzir carvão ativado capaz de desenvolver os respectivos tratamentos de secagem, carbonização e ativação mediante um aquecimento eficiente do material madeireiro e produto carbonizado e, ao mesmo tempo, conter o nível da carga ambiental relacionada com a produção do carvão ativado, ou seja, pode-se aquecer o material com a transmissão calorífica eficiente e conseguintemente conter a perda de calor, realizando um processo de secagem do material mediante o aquecimento com o vapor de água saturado de temperatura apropriada e, ao mesmo tempo, realizando um processo de carbonização inicial do material através do aquecimento com o vapor superaquecido, sendo permitido ademais que se reduzam a um menor nível os efeitos negativos ao meio ambiente, graças a não emissão dos gases com componentes nocivos, provenientes do dispositivo de secagem 10 ou do primeiro dispositivo de carbonização 21, no momento dos ditos aquecimentos. além disso, com a produção eficiente e a disponibilização do carvão ativado a partir dos resíduos madeireiros, pode-se aproveitar as substâncias úteis contidas nos resíduos sem inutilizá-las e também conter os efeitos ao meio ambiente através da redução da quantidade dos resíduos.
