Abstract
1/1 resumo "método e dispositivo para melhorar a secura do vapor de uma caldeira de injeção de vapor" são divulgados um método e um dispositivo para melhorar a secura do vapor de uma caldeira de injeção de vapor. o método consiste de: após a secagem do vapor saturado de umidade em uma saída da caldeira de injeção de vapor ele é melhorado por um aumentador da secagem, injetando o vapor saturado de umidade junto com o gás gerado pelo aumentador da secagem em uma camada de óleo, de maneira selada, no qual, o aumentador da secagem é composto por uma combinação de uma cabeça de pulverização, uma câmara de aquecimento do vapor, uma câmara de combustão e uma câmara de mistura; o gás, em alta temperatura e alta pressão geradas pela câmara de combustão, entra na câmara de mistura e é inteiramente misturado na câmara de mistura com o vapor da caldeira de injeção de vapor. com o método e com o dispositivo para melhorar a secura do vapor da caldeira de injeção de vapor, a secura do vapor saturado de umidade na saída da caldeira de injeção de vapor pode ser melhorada até 95% a 100%, assim são realizados os efeitos de melhorar a entalpia do vapor, retomando a energia do estrato e ampliando a onda e a quantidade de vapor, a fim de aquecer a camada de óleo mais eficazmente e melhorar o efeito de produção do óleo pesado.
