Abstract
CICLO DE VAPOR OTIMIZADO UTILIZANDO UMA CALDEIRA DE RECUPERAçãO DE PRESSãO DUPLA COM REAQUECIMENTO. Um ciclo de vapor otimizado utilizando uma caldeira de recuperação de pressão dupla com reaquecimento propicia um grande aumento em geração elétrica com vários ciclos de turbina, enquanto superando as tradicionais limitações de materiais de fornos inferiores. Um forno de caldeira de recuperação projetado para pressão dupla é dotado com um forno inferior e um forno superior. O forno inferior é operado a uma temperatura mais baixa, para impedir ou reduzir a corrosão dos tubos das paredes do forno inferior, provocada pelo meio redutor. O forno inferior pode ser um sistema (tambor) gerador de vapor de circulação natural de baixa pressão ou um economizador. Diferentemente do forno inferior, o forno superior não é exposto a um meio redutor e não é, portanto, suscetível a grandes taxas de corrosão. O forno superior é operado a temperaturas e pressões mais altas, que permitem a implementação de ciclos de vapor com reaquecimento de maior eficiência. O forno superior opera, desse modo, como um sistema gerador de vapor supercrítico de passagem única. A caldeira de recuperação de pressão dupla pode ser, desse modo, acoplada a vários ciclos de turbina de não condensação ou de uma combinação de condensação e não condensação, para proporcionar um grande aumento em geração elétrica.
