Abstract
processo e instalação de secagem de materiais pastosos, em particular lamas de estações de tratamento, com geração de energia térmica. processo de secagem de materiais pastosos, em particular lamas de estações de tratamento, compreendendo um primeiro estágio de secagem (1) de tipo indireto alimentado em um fluído caloportador, que produz, em saída, (1a, 1b) lamas pré-secadas e vapor d'água; uma etapa (6) de formação de lamas na saída do primeiro estágio, e um segundo estágio de secagem (7) das lamas pré-secadas que são aquecidas com a ajuda de um gás de aquecimento, notadamente ar, este segundo estágio dando, em saída (7b), lamas secadas; uma parte pelo menos das lamas secadas saindo do segundo estágio é incinerada (23) para produzir energia térmica, e uma parte pelo menos desta energia térmica é utilizada para aquecer o fluído caloportador do primeiro estágio de secagem.
