Abstract
SISTEMA DE DESTILAçãO DE áGUA é provido um sistema de destilação de água (10) para destilar água do mar ou água possuindo salinidade, O sistema possui um arranjo de água de alimentação (14 e 37) para fornecer água a partir de uma fonte de água de alimentação (alimentação) a um ou mais estágios de flash (28). Cada estágio de flash possui um evaporador de água por flash (29) para vaporizar pelo menos uma parte da água de alimentação em seu interior, e um condensador (35) para receber o vapor e converter pelo menos uma parte do vapor na forma de água destilada. Um arranjo de armazenamento térmico (20) provido com a fonte de geração de calor para o armazenamento da energia térmica é usado para aquecer um meio fluido que flui através dele. Um arranjo de troca térmica (24) recebe o meio fluido aquecido e transfere calor a uma corrente de vapor que flui sob pressão proveniente de cada estágio de flash.
