Abstract

USINA DE TERMOTRATAMENTO DE XISTO PROPORCIONADA COM UM TRANSPORTADOR DE CALOR SàLIDO. Descreve-se um modelo de utilidade que se refere a engenharia de energia e que pode ser utilizado para as usinas de processamento de xisto, que usam xisto de qualidades diferentes e a mistura dele com outros compônentes para produzir produtos de combustão de alto poder calorífico e produtos químicos com diferentes propósitos. A usina reivindicada compreende disposto em série uma tremonha de carga (1), secador que usa ar como fonte (2), separador (3), dispositivo de transporte (4), misturador (5), reator do tipo tambor (6) proporcionado com um eixo geométrico horizontal de rotação, uma câmara divisora (7), fornalha de processamento do tipo que usa ar como fonte (8), separador de transportador de calor (9), cuja saída está conectada ao misturador (5) e um separador de cinzas (10) conectado ao separador de transportador de calor (9). A dita usina compreende, ainda, uma caldeira de calor perdido (11) que está disposta entre o separador de cinzas (10) e o secador que usa ar como fonte (2) e é utilizada para produzir vapor de processo, um trocador de calor cinerício (15) localizado na saída de cinzas do separador de cinzas (10), em que os tubos de descarga de calor do trocador de calor estão conectados à fornalha de processamento (8). A dita invenção torna possível recuperar o calor excessivo dos produtos obtidos por meio da usina e torna possível aumentar a eficácia do calor dela.
