Abstract
método de gerar vapor em uma instalação digestora de uma trituradora de polpa química. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para gerar vapor em uma instalação digestora de uma trituradora de polpa química, sendo que neste método: a) licor negro é produzido no sistema digestor; b) uma primeira corrente de licor negro é extraída a partir do digestor e evaporada usando vapor fresco como um meio de aquecimento para gerar vapor e licor negro evaporado dotado de um teor de sólidos secos aumentado; c) o vapor a partir da evaporação na etapa b) é usado para aquecer material fibroso no digestor; d) uma segunda corrente de licor negro extraída a partir do digestor é evaporada para gerar licor negro evaporado e vapor da vaporização, que é introduzido a pelo menos um trocador de calor, preferivelmente um evaporador, em um contato indireto de troca de calor com um líquido evaporável limpo para produzir vapor limpo; e) o vapor limpo a partir da etapa d) é usado para vaporização de lascas, e; f) o licor negro evaporado a partir da etapa d) é conduzido para evaporação adicional.
