Abstract
Предметом предлагаемого изобретения является система для управляемого регулирования уровнями отработанной воды в области бассейна отводящих водоводов плотины гидроэлектростанции, установленной на пути водного потока. В состав предлагаемой системы входят: (а) регулируемое управляемое водосливное устройство, установленное в нижнем течении водного потока у дальнего конца области бассейна отводящих водоводов, (б) устройство, снабженное рабочими компонентами, выполненными с возможностью управления упомянутым управляемым регулируемым водосливным устройством с целью управляемого увеличения и уменьшения с их помощью препятствия оттоку отработанной воды от области бассейна отводящих водоводов, при этом обслуживание упомянутых рабочих компонентов осуществляется с уровня, который выше любого уровня отработанной воды, и (в) управляющее устройство, выполненное с возможностью связи и взаимодействия с вышеупомянутым устройством для управления регулируемым управляемым водосливным устройством. Регулируемое управляемое водосливное устройство может быть установлено в выемке, устроенной около области бассейна отводящих водоводов плотины гидроэлектростанции.
