Abstract
Un sistema para ajustar de manera controlable los niveles de agua consumida en el área de estanque para descarga de una presa hidroeléctrica generadora de energía instalada dentro de una vía fluvial. El sistema comprende: (a) un dispositivo de vertedero ajustable de manera controlable instalado dentro de una porción corriente abajo de la vía fluvial adyacente a un extremo distal del área de estanque para descarga. El dispositivo de vertedero ajustable de manera controlable se configura para impedir de manera controlable la salida de agua consumida del área de estanque para descarga, (b) un aparato proporcionado con componentes operativos configurados para manipular el dispositivo de vertedero ajustable de manera controlable para aumentar y disminuir de manera controlable el impedimento con el mismo de la salida de agua consumida del área de estanque para descarga. Los componentes operativos son utilizables por encima del agua consumida, y (c) un dispositivo de control configurado para comunicarse y cooperar con el aparato para manipular el vertedero ajustable de manera controlada con el mismo. El dispositivo de vertedero ajustable de manera controlable puede instalarse opcionalmente dentro de una excavación proporcionada corriente abajo adyacente al área de estanque para descarga.
