Abstract
Настоящее изобретение обеспечивает способ изготовления нанесенного катализатора на основе хрома для производства полиэтилена, включающий стадии: а) обеспечения носителя на основе диоксида кремния, имеющего удельную поверхность по меньшей мере 250 м/г и менее 400 м/г, и включающего соединение хрома, осажденное на нем; причем отношение удельной поверхности носителя к содержанию хрома составляет по меньшей мере 50000 м/(г Cr); б) дегидратирования продукта, полученного на стадии (а), и в) титанирования продукта, полученного на стадии (б), в атмосфере сухого инертного газа, содержащей по меньшей мере одно соединение титана в парообразном состоянии общей формулы, выбранной из RTi(OR')и (RO)Ti(OR'), где R и R' представляют собой одинаковые или различные углеводородные группы, содержащие от 1 до 12 атомов углерода, и где индекс n представляет собой число от 0 до 3, индекс m представляет собой число от 1 до 4, а сумма m+n равна 4, с получением титанированного катализатора на основе хрома, имеющего отношение удельной поверхности носителя к содержанию титана в титанированном катализаторе, составляющее от 5000 до 20000 м/г Ti).
