Abstract
Предложен искусственный трансплантат ствола нерва, содержащий фиброин шелка и используемый для соединения поврежденных нервов, а также способ его изготовления. Медицинский искусственный трансплантат ствола нерва содержит сосуд или сосуд и волокнистый каркас, причём по меньшей мере одна из указанных составляющих содержит фиброин шелка, а стенка сосуда имеет трехмерную структуру с множеством микропор. Способ изготовления содержит следующие этапы: изготовление из шелка волокна фиброина шелка; изготовление из волокна фиброина шелка сосуда или волокнистого каркаса, содержащего фиброин шёлка, и соединение волокнистого каркаса с сосудом, а именно вставка волокнистого каркаса в сосуд.
