Um enlace de fibra óptica (300) compreende uma pluralidade de trechos de fibra óptica (305~ (k-1)~, ..., 305~ (k+6)~) (305~ (k-1)~, 305~ (k+1)~, 305~ (k+3)~, ..., 305~ (k+5)~) unidos um com o outro, a pluralidade dos trechos de fibra óptica incluindo no mínimo um primeiro trecho de fibra óptica girado unidirecionalmente (305~ (k-1)~,305~ (k+1), 305~ (k+3)~,..., 305~ (k+5)~, e no mínimo um segundo trecho de fibra óptica girado unidirecionalmente (305~ k~, 305~ (k+2)~,. 305~ (k+4)~,. 305~ (k+6)~) que tem direções de giro ou reciprocamente opostas.
