Abstract

Изобретение относится к пищевой промышленности, в частности к технологии производства безалкогольных напитков, обладающих «веселящими» свойствами. Согласно изобретению напиток содержит жидкую основу и закись азота, при этом закись азота используют в количестве, не превышающим 40 г на 1 л жидкой основы, и вводят газ при температуре 1-25°С и давлении 1-21 атм в соответствии с технологией производства напитка. Технический результат заключается в повышении качества готового продукта за счет сохранения вкуса и аромата напитка в течение срока хранения.
