Abstract

Настоящее изобретение описывает способ получения 4-аминодифениламина, в котором в качестве исходных используют нитробензол и анилин, в качестве катализатора конденсации применяют комплексный основной катализатор и в качестве катализатора гидрирования, и который имеет пять стадий процесса: конденсация, разделение I; гидрирование; разделение II; и очистка. Процесс выполняется непрерывно. Выбор комплексного основного катализатора для использования в реакции конденсации и отделение его перед гидрированием исключает проблему термального разложения комплексного основного катализатора в реакции гидрирования, существенно увеличивая диапазон выбора катализаторов гидрирования, причем более дешевых, при этом процесс выбора оборудования для промышленного использования существенно упрощается. Комплексные основные катализаторы, используемые в настоящем изобретении, недороги и обладают более высокой активностью. Процесс выполняется в более мягких условиях и может быть адаптирован для более широкого диапазона водосодержания, выход побочных продуктов более низкий, а селективность выше. Уменьшается рабочая мощность, не образуется агрессивной жидкости и снижаются загрязнения окружающей среды. Чистота получаемого 4-аминодифениламина может достигать 99 вес.%, а выход в промышленном производстве может достигать более 95%.
