Abstract

Описан способ получения соединений с конденсированной циклической структурой формулы (XIV). Указанными продуктами являются эктеинасцидины, которые имеют спироамин-1,4-мостик. Указанный способ включает образование 1,4-мостика с использованием (1-лабильный)-10-гидрокси-(18-защищенный гидрокси)-ди-6,8-ен-5-он-конденсированного циклического соединения. После образования 1,4-мостика, С-18-защиту удаляют перед введением спироамина.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
