Abstract

Полиэфирные штапельные волокна, состоящие из полиэфира, из от 0,1 до 2,0 вес.% несмешиваемого, термопластически перерабатываемого, аморфного добавочного полимера с температурой стеклования от 90 до 170°С и с отношением вязкости его расплава к вязкости расплава полиэфирного компонента от 1:1 до 10:1, и из от 0 до 5,0 вес.% обычных добавочных веществ. Причем добавочный полимер присутствует в штапельных волокнах в виде фибрилл со средним диаметром ≤80 нм. Способ получения этих штапельных волокон осуществляется при перемешивании со сдвигом полиэфира и добавочного полимера, а также, при необходимости, других обычных добавочных веществ, формовании элементарных нитей со скоростью формования <2500 м/мин, собирании нитей в жгуты и вытяжке их в отдельном устройстве для вытяжки волокон, придании извитости, сушке и разрезании на штапельные волокна.Отчет о международном поиске был опубликован 2001.11.22.
