Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к новому микробиологическому способу получения α-L-аспартил-L-фенилаланина (Asp-Phe) из субстратов L-аспарагиновой кислоты (L-Asp) и L-фенилаланина (L-Phe), в котором субстраты контактируют в присутствии АТФ с нерибосомальной дипептидсинтетазой, включающей два минимальных модуля, соединенных одним доменом конденсации, где N- и С-концевой модули узнают, соответственно, L-Asp и L-Phe, где последний модуль ковалентно связан на своем N-конце с доменом конденсации, и где каждый из данных минимальных модулей состоит из домена аденилирования и содержащего 4'-фосфопантетеинильный кофактор домена тиолирования, а образующийся Asp-Phe извлекают. Настоящее изобретение также относится к новым фрагментам ДНК или сочетанию фрагментов ДНК, кодирующим новую дипептид (Asp-Phe)-синтетазу, к микроорганизмам, содержащим такие фрагменты ДНК, а также к самим новым дипептид (Asp-Phe)-синтетазам.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
