Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу обработки расплава стали в процессе выплавки, при котором внутрь одной и той же зоны ванны расплава вдувают одновременно, но раздельно кислород и углерод в виде, пригодном для вдувания (предпочтительно в виде порошка углерода), для того, чтобы из этих двух элементов локально генерировать в ванне пузырьки CO, которые затем насыщаются азотом, осуществляя снижение содержания азота. Стехиометрическое регулирование подачи углерода и кислорода позволяет производить снижение содержания азота при сохранении постоянного содержания углерода в ванне. Способ предпочтительно применим для производства марок сталей со сверхнизким содержанием углерода, и в особенности в электрической печи.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
