Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к дисперсиям, отверждаемым путем структурирования и используемым, в частности, в качестве мастики, краски или полугустого покрытия (RSE). Цель изобретения - предоставить водную силиконовую дисперсию, способную структурироваться путем удаления воды в эластомер с подходящими механическими свойствами и наделенный способностью крепкой когезии и адгезии на основах различной природы, устраняющий недостатки известных дисперсий, в частности, касающиеся безопасности/токсичности (содержание COV) и простоты использования. Эта цель достигается с помощью дисперсии согласно изобретению, которая отличается тем, что она содержит гидроксилированные конденсируемые компоненты, не содержащие гидролизующиеся заместители (Sofh), превращающиеся в COV, тем, что она не содержит COV и полихлорвиниловый спирт, тем, что она содержит один POS (A) α,ω-диОН, промотор прилипания (В) с группами Fas=NHи с группами ОН, и, при необходимости, катализатор (С) [соли олова], поверхностно-активное вещество (D), структурирующий агент (Е) (гидроксилированная смола POS MDT), наполнители (F), диспергатор (П), пластификатор (Н), противогрибковый агент (I), пеногаситель (J), стабилизатор (К) или основание (L). Применение: мастика или покрытия RSE, полученные из этой дисперсии.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
