Abstract

Способ непрерывного производства связанных листов минеральной фибры, при котором волокнистую массу сжимают по толщине до первой толщины по существу без одновременного сжатия в продольном направлении, а затем сжимают по длине, при этом перед связыванием волокнистой массы предпочтительно не происходит дальнейшего сжатия по толщине, причем во время продольного сжатия предварительно сжатая волокнистая масса фиксируется до толщины в диапазоне между примерно 1 и 1,3, предпочтительно между 1 и 1,1 номинальной толщины конечного изделия, а предпочтительное одноступенчатое продольное сжатие до от 2 до 10 раз от веса на единицу площади предварительно сжатой волокнистой массы производится так, чтобы избежать образования любых складок волокнистой массы и предотвратить какой-либо ее выход между устройством продольного сжатия (19; 19') и установкой (25) для связывания; многослойная связанная листовая минеральная фибра может быть получена продольным сжатием волокнистой массы и последующим разделением ее на два или более слоя, причем, по меньшей мере, один из этих слоев подвергается сжатию по толщине и/или в продольном направлении, и их повторным соединением.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
