Abstract

<B><MU>ESTRUTURA ABSORVENTE E PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR A MESMA<MV><D>. Expõe-se uma estrutura absorvente (1) que consiste de uma camada de material absorvente (2) de fibras de celulose isentas de adesivo (4) e uma camada de material depositado a ar (3) de fibras de celulose aglutinadas por adesivo (5), e um processo para produzir uma estrutura absorvente (1) que se destina ao uso em um artigo absorvente. As camadas são aglutinadas entre si por meio do adesivo do material depositado a ar (3) que funciona como um material de aglutinação e as fibras (4) provenientes da camada de material absorvente (2) que se estendem dentro do material depositado a ar (3). No processo, o material absorvente (2) está formado em esteira num material depositado a ar (3). Alternativamente, o material absorvente (2) está em forma de esteira e um material depositado a ar (13) é então depositado no topo do mesmo. Depois das camadas de material terem sido depositadas em conjunto, elas são comprimidas (24) a uma temperatura superior a 100°C. Durante a compressão (24), o adesivo do material depositado a ar é amaciado e as duas camadas são aglutinadas entre si. Algumas das fibras (4) provenientes do material de absorção (2) também penetram descendentemente no material depositado a ar (3) e conseque-se maior ligação entre as camadas.
